When we examine and treat your sports injuries, our goal is not only to relieve your symptoms but also to put in place preventative measures to reduce any further injuries and shorten your recovery time.

If you do a lot of athletics, we will help with:

Recurrent leg sprains, hip, back pain, general stiffness and flexibility

Imbalances/ compensation from previous injuries

Extending your stride and improving feet and leg issues

Assessing your whole body and posture to make you faster

 

If you are a golfer, we will look to:

Improve the rotation of your trunk and hips to increase your yardage

Increase your flexibility so you can hit further and faster

Realign your spine so that you are more centred and focused for more accurate golf shots

 

If you are a swimmer, we can:

Increase the capacity of your breath so that you can take less but better quality breaths to increase your speed

Assess your shoulder and hip muscles to clear and get rid of frequent injuries due to the repetitive movements of Freestyle and Backstroke

Review dysfunctions of your lower back, which might not be giving you full range of motion during Butterfly

Work on your knees to lighten the pressure they’re under during your breast stroke
